General

All bookings with Wild Luxury are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment Terms

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional cancellation fees or charges will be subject to the individual cancellation policies and terms of the respective accommodation suppliers.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or travel disruptions.
